My redmi note * got suddenly burned while using YouTube. It wasn't even connected with charger at that time.When I reached to xaiomi service center , they rejected my claim by giving the reason that it was user induced.As the phone got fully damaged how they got to know that it was my fault and not manufacturing defect.if I didn't put it down at that time , I could get harmed as I was heating like hell.I also contact th em from Facebook but they again reject my my request.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
