I buy charger from mi, (Order number: ****************) I request I don't want to buy anymore but due to it is already shipped they ask to refuge product at time of delivery. but at time of delivery delivery person deliver to my neighbor without call me (even I request to bluedart do not come for deliver more then ** times). later on after **-** call and chat finally mi ask bluedart to pickup but he is not provide any tracking number and after **-** days after pickup still I have not received refund. I am doing daily chat with them and they only replied that our escalation team is working on it. it's already ** days . Complaint No. ******-******
