I got a update for miui on my redmi *a phone .So I downloaded the update and the phone got rebooted to apply the update.After that when I tried to unlock my phone it was locked with a lock screen. password which I have never set.When I reached the customer care they want to say me that I am lying and asked me to factory reset the phone and unlock it.If I do so I lose all my data for which I don't even have a backup.The question is why should I lose my data for their mistake.
