Mi Redmi - Non availability of phone

I was trying hard to buy an MI Redmi Note * Pro. The Issues:
The company had some online sales twice and in *-* seconds, the phone went out of stock. Now when I checked a store in Ahmedabad, they said they are selling the same phone at *****k. The price otherwise is *****. (This is for a beginner level phone. I know there are two variants). Then the other store takes Rs *** for booking the phone which is adding to the MRP cost.
Is this right? First this buzz is created about online buyout and then the stores play this. But naturally, I am forced to think MI has a cut in this money and they should at once stop all this. And ensure they deliver what they promise. (The phone). Need justice. This is an open black market selling in an MI store.
