I had booked a cab with my mobile number ********** for juhu tara road that showed a fare of *** and **mins wait time almost till next **mins i kept trying the number of the driver that did not work. Finally i gace up and had to cancel and booked another cab tht came in **mins. I already got late for my journey by *hour for there mistake on top of that my paytm was debited with *** rs as my journey amount. Did Uver expected me to wait all night for the driver with no working number?. I did apply many options thru help but no response. I request u to pls help me for the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
