To my surprise on checking my bill, I have been charged with outgoing roaming for which my plan clearly says outgoing roaming is unlimited. I have been charged extra for last * year. The total amount comes to ₹****.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
