Saraswata jit filed complaint against Amazon on May 4, 2021
Dear sir,
I have ordered geekey ecobike on ** mar **** ,order no- ***-*******-*******.price-*****. But upon cancellation of the product they returned me rs **** less . I have called amazon customer service on ** mar **** for cancellation of my order .the product shipped on ** mar **** after I requested cancellation. They assure me of cancellation. I repeatedly called them for cancellation. They assure me and told me to deny the order on my doorstep to cancel . I have asked them if I returned any charges will deduct from the paid amount but they assure me of full refund.
Now customer service is telling they cannot help me .seller has deducted shipping charges. I understand but I have cancelled the order after assurance of Amazon customer service executive of full return on the phone otherwise I haven't cancelled the product. Please check all the call records for confirmation. So please look into the matter and do the needful
