I booked flight for *th March ****. I called twice to HappyFares to know about re-schedule charges, but they confirmed you have to cancel the flight and book new ticket. I never given confirmation on cancellation of my ticket. *th Feb I got whatsapp msg from AIX Support saying 'Your ticket cancelled'. I am not happy with this, my travel plan impacted with this along with mental trauma.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
