I’ve been charged International roaming rental of Rs.** on my prepaid vodafone number on **th Dec.
however,
*) I did not activate international roaming on my connection.
*) I did not make any outgoing call, sms or ussd, receive any incoming call or use gprs while I was out of the country. According to Vodafone's website, a customer is charged only on using the above-mentioned services. However, I got charged as soon as my phone got the network.
despite numerous attempts, the executives maintained the same answer- ”international roaming is charged as soon as the phone gets network abroad” which is in contradiction to what is mentioned on the website.
the executives failed to provide any proof supporting this condition and refused to answer questions.
my humble request to help me resolve the issue.
