Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked one ticket with two passengers from Hazrat Nizamuddin to Panvel for **th Feb **** under your trip guanrantee scheme.
I was supposed to get *X amount of the base price of ticket which was **** for two tickets.
I was supposed to get Rs **** in original payment mode (But I got ****).
I was supposed to get Rs **** * * = ***** as MMT coins. but i got only ****.
I do not understand what kind of *x trip guarantee scheme is this.
You total refunded amount ****+**** did not even cover my flight back to mumbai.
which came around Rs *****+ . This was again a scam as the indigo flight has many vacant seats
which I could have got on very cheap rates from the counter but I could not do that as you credited **** MMT coins in my account
So i was forced to book from MMT. which costed me more than **** rs extra for flight back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
