Suchait Sachdeva filed complaint against Amazon India on May 30, 2018
First time in the decade of shopping with amazon, I have had such a horrendous experience. I bought Yamaha NS-SP****BL *.* Home Theater System (Black) approx * months back. Seller sent a different model. I created return and refund request.
Even after seller approved, pickup never happened as twice courier guy came without any receipt of tracking number. twice courier guy came without a suitable conveyance and said will come back again but didn't.
A month later I had to file a claim as that was on **th april. multiple numbers of calls and email exchanged with amazon and seller, and today I received an email from buyer-guarantee that claim has been denied and I can't even find a reason why.
What's wrong with Amazon now I don't know. Consumer court is the only way left now I guess
