I purchased this laptop on **th June ****. Its been nearly just * months of my purchase and the touch-pad and the hard disk has been replaced already and even after the considered resolutions taken by the company, the system still is causing me problem of touch-pad not working, system hanging up, system getting blacked out suddenly, suddenly re-starting, suddenly the fan speed increases to very high, system heats up a lot and I even get the burning smell. My system has been repaired * times till now and still there is no resolution. I want to lodge complaint against hp and especially, Mr. Shantanu Mitra (Case Manager, India Customer Relations, pps css, Asia Pacific & Japan) for not giving me permanent resolution of either replacing my laptop or refunding my money back because, I purchased a brand new laptop and from the very *st month the laptop is causing me issues and now its even risky for my life to use this particular piece because now the system is even vulnerable to short-circuit due to which I am getting burning smell from the laptop. I request the consumer court to kindly help me with this case against hp and hp has certain policies which are not at all customer friendly. I purchase this laptop from Compu Shopee, Raipur for further reference you can contact the person. Mr. Sunil, one of the engineers from hp has been working closely with this case and has come to replace parts of the laptop * times till date is also said that we have done the last resolution even after this the laptop doesn't respond well , then there is no possible solution as he is unaware why this is happening, even after so many steps towards solution taken. I once again request the consumer forum to please help me with this case against hp- the laptop manufacturers.
