Nirav Purohit filed complaint against Hp Laptop on Aug 6, 2022
I purchased the HP Pavilion (*CD***J*N*) laptop on *-*-**** from the authorized showroom in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. I was not using the laptop more often or regularly and I didn't notice but after some time I started working on the laptop on regular basis and I found the issue with the battery as it was taking too much time for charging as it was taking more than * hours to fully charge and it completely drained out in just *-*.* hours. I contacted the hp service center on **-*-**** they took my laptop and kept it for ** days. After ** days they changed the motherboard and battery and said that they have solved the issue. But the issue was the same so I tried a different way by calling customer care and they guided me with some troubleshooting. But after the problem was the same. I tried, again and again, and they have done some troubleshooting by taking access to my laptop. They also guided me with the battery calibration test. Still, I did not receive any permanent solution for the issue. So again I called customer service and they told me that they have assigned an agent for a visit. The agent came and performed some tests and gave me a new charger adapter still as always my issue was unsolved and I was facing the same problem. So he took the charger adapter return and took some reports of the battery. In short, I'm facing issues for the last * months, and for the last * months I'm in contact with customer service still my issue is not been solved. I'm requesting to solve my issue as soon as possible as it was not expected from a company like HP. I request you to provide me a full replacement of the system along with the charger adapter and * year of extra warranty as compensation for What I have suffered in the last * months.
