My machine is not working since **** even after several complaint, .
They have changed twice mother board, once Battery, still the overheating issue, black screen and booting issue.. hence third party auditing is required. As this product was purchased under students quota ,the company has provided bogus machine under this quota
All parts have been changed. Since * years i am unable to use the system.
Intended delay from hp and it's team also that they can wash their hands after warranty period.
I am looking forward third party engineers and media persons to take this matter to every corner.
