Hp Laptop - HP VERY SLOW

I Purchased HP laptop **S-cf****tu,on **th September ****, from HP IT World Coimbatore.
with in a month, system is getting very slow, quite very difficult work in Microsoft Apps like excel, word & Power point. and I Immediately approached the HP IT World, they informed that I need to install SSD card to improve the performance.
but at the time of purchase of the laptop the concerned sales person not shared any information regarding the performance. and due to covid** lockdown i haven't one to the shop again i managed with the same system. But now again it is very difficult to work on the system and again i went to the HP showroom and they are not even ready to look into the system as it is still under warranty and stating that the purchased Laptop is outdated and need to get the updated version by adding SSD for better performance. at the time of sales they haven't informed that HP system need to update regularly. and this is cheating a customer by saying false information and I want a solution to this.
