I had placed an order with pepperfry for ceramic tumblers * nos . They supplied smaller ones and when asked to replace correct items, pepperfry cancelled the order and initiated refund. But against an amount of Rs ***/-, only Rs ***/- is refunded and for balance Rs***/- many reminders are sent , but no action from pepperfry
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
