I had placed an order on **st Sep,** and a wrong size was sent to me. I had requested for exchange but the courier person asked me to come to a point a km away from my place and exchange the product which I denied. Then the exchange was cancelled by them for no reason and then I placed the order for return and even that has not happened yet. It's already ** days and after repeated complaints and escalations I see no support coming from them.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
