I ordered * shipments through Delhivery courier. In that * shipments contains accessories and * shipment is Guitar costs *****rs. In delhivery portal it shows all are picked up and shipped to destination, but while receiving one shipment with tracking ID : ************* contains Guitar worth *****rs is not received and instead of that they send different shipment and address on that is pasted with my tracking details on top and under that original tracking details is pasted. I didn't accepted the order and raised the complaint but they are not responding and not tracking my shipment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
