Kaya Skin Clinic - Wrong service to sell their package

I went kaya for my chin hard hairs. Hairs were only on two lines not on the whole area. Kaya clinic manager Sufi Praveen at sector ** sold me a package of the complete lower area by saying if you will take only chin then the skin will be even odd and we are giving you same package for both. Their doctor also convinced me to go for that and they did the laser on my whole lower face without checking my skin and without doing any trial. After the first session I got acne and they instruct me for some creams then they said it’s new that’s why and then after another two sessions my skin got damaged they gave me Gaian instructions to take medicines and now again I went for my complaint they said to do body test. I am bearing the whole cost of these test and medicines. Apart from this my major concern my skin tonne is changed and now acne is everywhere plus my face got hairs. I never had a single hair on my jawline but now it’s so hairy. I am in big loss either monetary plus physically. They had so much poor service and even the harassment is there. You have to ask and keep following. They just sold their package and after that, I am bearing everything.
