Subject: Complaint Regarding Wrong Product and Color Delivery with Refusal for Replacement
Dear Voxya Team,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the unprofessional handling of my order by Fire-Boltt. Below are the details:
Original Order Details:
I purchased the Visionary Black Watch from Amazon. However, the product developed connectivity issues, and I was instructed by Fire-Boltt to send it to their service center for repair.
First Issue - Wrong Product Sent:
Fire-Boltt initially returned a wrong model to me instead of repairing or replacing my original Visionary Black Watch. Despite multiple follow-ups, they refused to accept the incorrect product back.
Acknowledgement and Agreement on Replacement:
After several grievances, Fire-Boltt admitted that the Visionary Black model was out of stock. They then requested me to accept their Oracle model as a replacement. I agreed to this replacement with the condition that it would be in black color.
Second Issue - Wrong Color Sent:
Despite confirming black as the agreed color for the replacement, I received the Oracle model in orange color, which I never agreed to accept. Orange is unsuitable for me.
Current Status:
Fire-Boltt is now refusing to provide a replacement for the incorrect color they sent. Their stance is unjustified, as this issue was caused solely due to their repeated mishandling of my case.
Timeline:
The issue has persisted for over three months since I first raised my concern with Fire-Boltt.
I have repeatedly followed up and have all email correspondence documenting their commitments and mishandling.
Requested Resolution:
I request that Fire-Boltt:
Replace the product with the agreed-upon black color Oracle model, or
Send me the originally ordered Visionary Black Watch.
If neither is possible, I demand a full refund of my payment.
Attached are the emails and evidence confirming my discussions with Fire-Boltt and their commitments regarding the replacement.
I hope Voxya will help me address this grievance effectively. Kindly advise on the next steps or escalate the issue to the appropriate channels.
