I ordered q-cera black hair serum from the Amazon and received entirely different item that was morr pro serum, I complaint on their customer support but they denied to provide any resolution stating that they sent right product to me and the product is non returnable according to their policy so they can't provide refund or replacement for the same. I am feeling cheated. It never happened to me before. They were helpful regarding such issues but they aren't anymore. Please help.
