I have ordered a back case from kalakaar. They sent me the wrong product.i reported this to them through all the possible ways and i asked for them to replace it with the right one .Their customer call agent also not picking up any of my calls . they're not responding to any of my messages and emails.either i want to replace it with the right product or i want my refund
