Kalakaar India - Not cancelling order even after the delays

I ordered * mobile case from
Kalakaar India for Rs **** on **th sept. After waiting for few days I reached out to them on *st asking when my order will be shipped. They said it will take time and will be shipped by *th which was quite late for me so I requested them to cancel my order and give me refund. They were rude and denied to cancel the order. I told them that since the item is not shipped yet they can cancel my order to which they responded saying it can only be cancelled within ** hours of order placing. Having no other option I waited and I did not hear anything till *th. I reached out to them again asking for the progress and they said it won’t be shipped until *th. I asked them to cancel my order since I no longer need the product but they stopped responding to my email.
