Upon receiving the product, I found it to be a counterfeit/fake, lacking proper branding, packaging, and quality that is characteristic of authentic Pop Mart Labubu figures.Despite multiple calls to your customer service, I was told that the product is “authentic but not from the Pop Mart store,” which is contradictory and misleading. Pop Mart is the only official manufacturer of Labubu figures, and any product not from Pop Mart cannot be termed authentic.
I demand full refund of the amount paid.
