Kalakaar India - Fake Labubus

I bought a labubu from them. Waited for almost * months and then received a fake labubu. They claim it is ***% authentic but the actual manufacturers pop mart has mentioned the labubus need to have a QR code on the box. This is fake and they don’t have a QR code. When asked they respond they never guaranteed it to be there. How can they say that when pop mart says otherwise. It’s fake and they never responded over mail for return as well
