ajio - wrong product send but same brand

hii my name is Rishi I ordered * product from ajio * shirt and * t shirt brand is superdey but received a same brand green colour t shirt all I contact ajio team please return this product because received a green colour t shirt so please return it.all are returned but I got refund received only * product and again contact ajio he ask me product is quality check failed how failed quality check and hee ask me again reshipped this your address and I received this from delhivery courier and again call ajio team regarding * shirt is back my address because quality check failed .ajio team okay I again return your product I say okay this time no more quality check failed ajio no this time refund your amount ****.** don't worry okay..then product again and again failed quality check I call immediately but no response only say this is not ajio product and again reshipped product by maruti courier but product is not received I have no product and no amount refund
