Tata Cliq - wrong product received

I ordered a Hidesign purse but did not receive the correct product. The package I received was taped, and upon opening it, I found that it was not the Hidesign bag I had ordered. I have already filed a complaint regarding this issue. I request a refund for the incorrect item.
