Tata Cliq - Refund Money Not Received

I had ordered from Tata CLiQ. My Order ID is *********. They had charged me extra money of ** as processing fees for better packaging. I had paid them. However when I had received my order I got a broken mug. I told them refund me the whole money. However they have only paid me partial amount. These is cheating because I had paid extra money for shipping and still I have received damaged product and they have deducted my money.
