Tata Cliq - Return pickup keeps getting Failed

I have placed an order (T-shirts) on Tata Cliq on ** rd oct. Due to size issue i had to place a return request and it was supposed to be picked up by Nov *st for one product and Nov *rd for another product. But till date my return orders are being picked up.
I receive message stating that the orders will be picked up today and all but at the end of the day all I receive a message saying that i was not available for them to pick the orders.
When i reached out to Tata cliq customer care they simply say that it will take * working days to pick the order.
I mean really one week to pickup an order.
