I had around Rs **** in my Tata Cliq account and i got an email that my account will be disabled due to more returns.
So i immediately decided to buy a shoes from the pending Cliq Cash. Now after * days that Cliq informed me that my shoe size is out of stock and they will refund my Cliq Cash but the next day the account got banned and my money is now stuck.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
