Ordered skull candy wireless headphones from myntra and received a dead product then after it I complain for return and refund agent of myntra customer care told me to self ship the product to the brandeyes not to myntra warehouse but I delivered the product via speed post. After it it they only say that they didn't receive the product and told me to wait * working days and more at last brand contact me and told me that I am been cheated because the product which they received is not a genuine product which means that I m been cheated by myntra and now myntra is not accepting that this product is delivered by them so please kindly help me to refund my money it's a huge amount for me because I.
