Hi sir i am suraj kumar son of late ram chandra , Respected sir i had order on **/*/** online from Flipkart company,wings phantom *** ear buds,and i received on **/*/**,in a box when i opend the box i saw a little nail polish paris brand ,this was too much attractive and i couldn't suffer,and i called n mail many time to flipkart company but no one is ready to pick call n revert back msg n mail, flipkart company employee giving me time to time wait do wait ,but so many days happening no one is ready to answer,Last one month flipkart backn team executive giving me time to time ,i couldn't get any satisfaction answers,
Sir i want refund my amount or my order,or replace my order
I requested to you
And flipkart banned my account with any reason so i totally disappointed with this system policy
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
