Lopamudra Sahoo filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 9, 2022
I had ordered a spoon set orange colour from Flipkart with cost ***rs. But they delivered me the green colour one after * week of waiting and which was less price in their site, which is ***rs. I wanted the orange one so when i tried to place the return i saw th orange one is out of stock, so as i needed that product urgently also i did not place a return request and inform the customer support and they told me to share the product delivered photo so they will refund the difference amount as a credit to my Flipkart account. They almost called *-* days continuously and gave me this resolution, so i started using that product. After * days they called me and saying they can't refund the difference amount and ask me to return the product.
I told them as they told me they will refund i have started using that product, but they still told return it. They don't even care for customer's hygiene and ask me to return th used product. But i found it disgusting to return a used product so here i want to get attention from higher authority and common people that how Flipkart is treating their customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
