We had ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch on **th Oct **** but we received some other product in the same box .
We requested for return request many times but no support was provided by them.
We also made the video before opening the Box as one of friend had recommended to us . If needed we could share that as well.
Note :
We also sent mails to their CEO for his help as a last resort but didn't get any help.
In fact in of the ticket resolution , they had mentioned that ticket was remotely resolved , don't know how replacement thing can be solved remotely.
I am fed up with Flipkart . Already called many times but nothing worked yet .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
