Myntra.com - Wrong product delivered

I ordered Reebok pink sublite running shoes on *th july,** and received delivery next day but a wrong product. I received some other model of Reebok brand in black and red color. The same day i.e. *th July I placed return request, which was denied and again I placed same request on **th July and denied again. Repeatedly they asked me to wait for **-** hrs and after a week they refused to provide me any solution by stating their authentication process. I was assured that my issue will be resolved but it didn't happened. They wasted my lot of time and ended by providing no solution. I am bearing the loss. All customer care executives provide different statements and the supervisor is just rude and hopeless.
Please help me to recover loss.
