have ordered a blue-colored National award-winning Bhujodi saree worth Rs.**** on *th July but received another saree which is worth only Rs.**** on the Ajio site on **th July. I called up team Ajio many times after registering a complaint on call & by mail too, but i did not get a satisfactory response from them as yet. Yesterday, when I called up again, they said the correct product was sent which is completely untrue. I request Team Ajio to replace the saree with the originally ordered saree but they failed. I am now fed up & very much disappointed. I had requested for a return pickup and team Ajio did pick up the wrong saree. I have been a loyal customer for the past * years, and have even referred Ajio to my family members and friends. I request team Voxya to register a complaint on behalf of me against the company and their executives and take strict action against them. Prompt action will be highly appreciated. My order no is FL**********.
