I had ordered a mosquito bat with the led torch but the item that I received is a mosquito bat without led torch which is actually cheaper than the former. Now when I raised this issue with Paytm they are saying it's not returnable and non-refundable. I agree it was the T&C but does it mean they can manipulate the items and play this cheap trick with us.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
