VIJAYA BHASKAR filed complaint against Superdry on Mar 7, 2024
There is a very bad and bitter experience with Superdry’s Customer Care for my Managing Director.
He has ordered a black color Puffer Coat vide Order ID: #FY*********E*E*CC**D on *th December **** for Rs. **,***.
Superdry has delivered a wrong product (normal T Shirt) instead of actual ordered product on December **, ****.
Even after raising consumer complaint through Superdry portal (Ticket No:************) and by writing several emails (more than ** emails) to Customer Care (support@superdry.in) to get delivery of the actual ordered product or to get the refund amount of Rs. **,***, Superdry is totally failed in resolving his issue.
The customer care team of Superdry says that, thier backend team has packed correct product and they can't do anything with regard to return or refund.
“Superdry neither delivered the Right Product nor refunded the amount”.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
