Superdry - Not providing refund

I ordered two jackets from superdry india on **th Nov **** in a single order, one costed appx **** and the other ****, in a single order id, which was delivered to me on *th December **** and there return was initiated by me on the same day. Since *th of december they have made a fool of me, giving contradictory statements everytime I call them, sometimes saying refund has been initiated, sometimes saying it would be initiated in ** hours, I have proof also, they mailed me that they have initiated the refund, which was as expected lie. On **th December ****, they even mailed me saying your refund has been completed within *-* working days your refund would be reflected in your bank account. Yesterday, that is *rd January ****, I asked them the transaction id, the utr number, which as expected they were not able to give and again said it would take a few days, leaving me with no choice but coming and asking consumer court to help.
