I ordered * products and * complementary product from purplle on Holi sale but they delivered wrong products attached in evidence. Then I informed them over mail and call as well on the given number on the website but after calling multiple times in a day they didn't take the calls. Their reply on mail was a single liner which says "We are on it". * days have been passed no calls, no emails from their side for further steps.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
