I saw an ad of the combo of BOSE Wireless Bluetooth Speaker and earphone at Rs ****/- on facebook. I placed the order for the same and received the packet. When I opened I saw the earphone is damaged and both products are local this is how these people do cheating with customers. Also, the bill is not received.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
