Bose Audio - Product complaint within three months of purchase

I am a old fan of Bose Audio systems and I bought Bose quite comfort * on **th July, ** via bill no. **** attached herewith for Rs. *****.**

On **th july i went back to Croma store from where i bought the earbuds that there is some problem in the charging case indicator and the croma store guy who was handling Bose machines told me that it is ok, it is like this only and convinced me that if there is any issue i will replace the item. After using it for a month and half i noticed that the earpiece is not going inside and i again came back to croma with this issue. This store person again said the same thing that there is no issue the ear piece is all OK but when i insisted to recheck again and again he finally took the earpiece and arranged to send it to service centre for repair. Yesterday i got a call from bose service that its charging pin is damaged and- it is not covered under warranty.

Now you tell me how can anyone reach inside the case and damage the pins, you cannot even insert your smallest finger into it ONLY THING WHICH CAN DAMAGE THE PIN IS EARPIECE ITSELF, so IT IS A PRODUCT COMPLAINT and this should be REPLACED.
