Bose Audio - Wrong Fake Product Recieved

I vidisha Rani ordered Bose Sound Sport Free, True Wireless Earbuds (Black) from www.snappsale.in on **-**-**** Payment Mode was Cash on Delivery. I got confirmation mail on **-**-**** & on **-**-**** i had received the product.
After opening the package it was really very shocking it was wrong product as well as fake also.
after that i have mailed at admin@snappsale.in & Support@snappsale.in but i have not received any reply nor any phone calls.
