Samarth filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 5, 2022
I had ordered Levi's shirt from Flipkart and the seller was RetailNet. But after it got delivered when I opened the packaging I found that they had sent me a duplicate product of some other brand i.e. Flying Machine. I immediately raised a request with Flipkart and uploaded the photos. Then Flipkart took *-* days to investigate and approve my return request. But, the problem is the person which is coming from Flipkart to pick up the return is refusing to take it. He told me it Was a different product and I cannot pick it up. But I had already informed Flipkart of the same. Such Fraudsters they are. This has happened to me * times, that a person comes for a return but refuses to pick up the product. Please help me and take strict action against Flipkart so they don't scam the customers in the future.
