I ordered for cream coloured bata sneakers.But after few days when I recieved the product they were some other shoes of Bata only. I filed an exchange request but then after that they again sent me the same shoes.After contacting their customer care I filed a return request but the delivery boy denied to pickup my shoes saying that they are wrong ones.I want my refund.Highly disappointed by the services.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
