Ordered from Bata App on **.**.****. Placed rett request through customer care after a week. Following up with them since a month but neither pick up has been done nor money has been refunded. Only new complaint numbers I am getting. I have cal recording of customer care promising to get the issue resolved in * days but then no resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
