Dear Sir/Mam,
i am lavkesh kumar garg, i ordered a shoe from bata on **/**/**** and i paid **** rupees through my atm card.
but i returned shoes because i was a size issue, but till date my return amount has not been credited to my account. whenever i try to contact ,always say to pay within * weak but till date my return amount has not been credited to my account.
please help me.
