Hi, I have ordered a product in BATA Online (www.bata.in) by **th October and it got delivered by **th October and by **th October I returned the product. Since then am seeking for my refund, almost every week am calling and asking about the status of my refund, Everytime the Customer Care Executives given false promises like the amount will be credited by EOD or within ** hours but it's been more than that, again they are cheating me.
