Vivek Parikh filed complaint against Myntra on Sep 16, 2020
I had ordered a Tommy hilfiger shirt from Myntra worth Inr **** on **th Aug'****. Upon receiving and opening the package a few days later I found that the product received was a wrong product of some other brand. The tags and barcodes were also of Tommy hilfiger. Naturally I raised a return request with reason of return being received wrong product. The delivery agent asked me to take approval from Myntra after which he would take the wrong product. I raised the issue with Myntra and after a few days I get a response that my return request is declined after thourough inspection. Naturally I raised the issue once again with Myntra that there is some error on their side. Again on **th September **** I get a mail from their case manager declining the request again. Obviously not satisfied with the outcome of the issue I contact Myntra and request to speak with the case manager. I also requested them to arrange an inspection of the product at my home. The call centre team outrightly denies that they would be able to further help me. Request you to kindly resolve the issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
