Hanu Ramasanjeeva filed complaint against Ajio.com on May 30, 2019
I had ordered louis phillepe shoe (tan colour size **) on AJIO app .The shoe was a newly launched product by Louis Philippe.

*.At first I received wrong sized product * instead of size **.
*.Then I raised a exchange on app after all the circus and words exchange with totally horrible ajio customer executives.Today ie., **th May **** I have received a product which is * years old and of different colour and a used one.
*.I have attached the pics of the product received today along with the proof of product which is manufactured in **** october. How can someone send a * year old product for a newly ordered product send me wrong product even after the first one found wrong
